PMO Lead - Shopeefood

Responsibilities

We’re looking for a dynamic PMO Lead with the agility of a strategist and the eye of an optimizer. • Lead cross-functional collaboration with BD leadership and other departments to prioritize and drive strategic projects supporting merchant and marketplace growth.
• Manage the BD project portfolio, including planning, resource allocation, timeline management, and risk mitigation to ensure successful project delivery.
• Monitor project performance and provide structured reporting and insights to leadership for effective decision-making.
• Evaluate and optimize BD sales operations processes to improve workload efficiency, workflow effectiveness, and data accuracy.
• Drive process improvement and automation initiatives through tools and system enhancements to increase operational scalability.
• Represent BD in cross-functional initiatives, assessing change impacts and leading collaboration to deliver organization-wide optimization projects.
• Own program adoption/penetration from merchant app channel and drive initiatives to increase conversion rate
• Oversee project governance and execution to ensure accountability, efficiency, and achievement of intended outcomes.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in PMO, sales operations, BD, or business operations.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into business insights.
• Good understanding of BD operations, sales processes, and marketplace dynamics.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (Excel/Google Sheets, BI tools) is a plus.
