Mall Team – Business Intelligence Specialist

Responsibilities

• Extract, process, and analyze data on a regular or ad hoc basis to support business
• decision-making;
• Maintain and enhance dashboards and recurring reports (e.g., daily, weekly, monthly),
• ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and clarity;
• Collaborate closely with business teams to clarify definitions of key metrics and drive
• standardization of data logic;
• Develop and maintain automation scripts or tools to improve reporting efficiency;
• Monitor data updates, troubleshoot report errors, and ensure data consistency across
• sources;
• Conduct basic data analysis to generate actionable insights that support performance
• optimization;
• Act as a liaison between business and data/engineering teams to ensure reporting
• requirements are clearly understood and properly implemented.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field. MBA preferred.
• 8-10 years of experience in e-commerce, business development, account management, operations, logistics, or commercial strategy.
• Strong commercial judgment and experience managing seller, merchant, brand, or partner relationships.
• Strong analytical skills, with comfort using data to diagnose issues, track funnels, and drive decisions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Structured, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple cross-functional workstreams.
• People management experience is preferred.
• Experience in fulfillment, warehousing, logistics, or marketplace operations is a strong advantage.
