Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth analysis on program adoption, seller execution, and overall program performance to drive data-informed decisions
- Manage end-to-end program execution to ensure all initiatives are delivered on time and aligned with business objectives
- Proactively identify and initiate new ideas and improvements to enhance program performance and drive business growth
- Manage and grow seller relationships to drive Mart program adoption, expand the active seller base, and ensure sellers are set up for success within the marketplace
Requirements
