Shopee's Operations project team continuously identifies opportunities to enhance user experience and drive cost efficiency across the full e-commerce journey — from seller policy, listings, payments, and logistics, to returns and customer service. We lead high-impact, cross-functional projects and collaborate closely with regional and local teams to solve complex business challenges, scale operations, and deliver measurable business impact.
【What You'll Do】

Analyze operational performance, diagnose root causes, and design targeted, scalable solutions

Develop operational strategies and present data-backed findings and recommendations to senior management

Lead cross-functional collaboration to drive end-to-end execution of initiatives

Monitor key operational metrics and continuously identify opportunities for improvement.

Design and implement AI agent workflows to improve operational efficiency.
Requirements
【What You'll Need】
- 0-3 years of experience in business analytics, project management, or consulting.
- Strong problem-solving and data analysis skills.
- Good communication skills to manage cross functional project and senior stakeholders.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced environment, with a sense of ownership and accountability.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
【Bonus Points】
- Hands-on experience with AI tools (Claude Cowork or similar).
- Familiarity with e-commerce operations or customer service.
