Cross Border Category Management - Business Development, Shopee

Responsibilities

• Support to develop the Cross Border category performance and develop insights on the driving factors behind the figures
• Develop and implement growth strategies for categories along with various stakeholders from across the region and across teams
• Follow and execute seller programs, initiatives, and promotion strategies to drive Cross Border business growth under management
• Work with internal teams (e.g. Business Development, Marketing etc) to understand local processes and ensure sufficient exposure for cross border sellers and products
• Other tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Around 1 year of working experience, partnership, ecommerce or consulting experiences are advantages
• Full-time Bachelor’s degree or above, smart and fast learning
• Good logical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Strong oral and written communication skill in English (Mandarin speaking is a plus)
• Detail-oriented execution, deal with uncertainty, learn fast and manage projects from end to end
• Work well with cross functional teams in a fast paced environment
