QC Livestream Supervisor - Shopee

We are seeking an experienced, high-performing Livestream & Video Supervisor to oversee our multi-tiered livestream and video QC teams. In this role, you will directly manage our Livestream and Video team leads and agents, ensuring flawless execution of all QC queues, including safety and labelling of these content for Shopee platform.

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and guide Livestream and Video team leads and agents to maintain high performance and operational alignment, achieving the aligned target KPIs.
• QC Queue Management: Oversee content moderation queues, ensuring all live and pre-recorded video content adheres strictly to Shopee’s safety, policy, and labeling standards
• KPI Accountability: Own the team's operational metrics (e.g., AHT, accuracy rates); drive the team to consistently hit and exceed targets
• Performance Analysis and Improvement: Analyse data reports to identify operational bottlenecks, recommend solutions, and implement initiatives to improve performance and accuracy
• Continuous Improvement: Drive ongoing improvements in operational processes and work towards achieving sustained high-performance culture in the team
• Stakeholder Management & Innovation: Work closely with regional teams and cross-functional stakeholders to align on platform standards, cross-share best practices, and come up with new operational initiatives to help improve platform performance
• Coaching and Training: Provide guidance, coaching, and training to agent leads to support skill development and optimize performance

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in any field
• Preferably 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role
• Demonstrated ability to manage multi-tiered teams under strict performance and time-sensitive targets
• Proven capability to problem-solve and maintain composure in high-pressure, real-time environments.
• Proficiency in data analysis, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to draw valuable insights for short-term and long-term solutions
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel/Spreadsheet (e.g., Pivot tables, Vlookups) are essential
• Basic SQL knowledge is a plus
• Experience in content platforms is plus
