Warehouse Team Leader - Operations, Shared SBusiness [Night Shift]

Responsibilities

Role Overview:

The Warehouse Team Lead manages inbound and outbound operations, including receiving, inventory management, picking, packing, and quality control. This role ensures efficient operations, resolves discrepancies, and coordinates with internal teams and warehouse returns to maintain accuracy and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inbound Management:

• Oversee cycle counting, quality checking, receiving, and put-away processes.

• Special Projects:

• Actively participate in inbound special projects such as pre-packing.

• Outbound Management:

• Manage picking, packing, sorting, and end-to-end outbound operations.

• Stock Management:

• Handle replenishment, inventory control, rearrangement, cycle counting, and inventory consolidation.

• Discrepancy Troubleshooting:

• Identify and troubleshoot any discrepancies in inbound or outbound processes, coordinating with warehouse returns.

• Operational Efficiency:

• Monitor and maintain operational efficiency, ensuring that tasks are completed on time and in accordance with warehouse standards.

• Performance Reporting:

Provide regular reports to the Warehouse Supervisor on team performance, operational issues, and areas for improvement.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations, with at least 1 year of experience as a team lead.
• Minimum qualification: Nitec, preferably in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related fields.
• Strong team management and problem-solving abilities.
• Good understanding of logistics and e-commerce operations.
• Must be able to work night shifts and weekends, as the role follows a 5-day work week, on a permanent basis.
