App - AI Project Management / Business Intelligence

Responsibilities

• Partner with internal business stakeholders to understand operational pain points, identify automation opportunities, and translate business requirements into AI solution proposals.
• Gather, analyze, and prioritize business requirements for AI tools and workflow automation initiatives across multiple functions.
• Work closely with Regional AI/Product teams to communicate business needs, justify project priorities, and align on solution design and implementation.
• Coordinate end-to-end delivery of AI initiatives, ensuring solutions effectively address business requirements and operational objectives.
• Monitor AI tool adoption, collect user feedback, evaluate business impact, and continuously optimize solutions based on actual usage.
• Facilitate communication between local business teams and regional stakeholders to ensure requirements, expectations, and implementation progress are clearly aligned.
