Relationship Manager - Business Development, ShopeeFood (Banyumas Raya)

Responsibilities

• Act as the Shopee Food representative responsible for maintaining relationships with merchants in Banyumas, Tegal, and Cilacap Area.
• Responsible for maintaining merchant performance by offering participation in campaigns and other Shopee Food services through online channels (Email, Whats App blast, and telephone).
• Responsible for educating merchants about the importance of store quality and operations on Shopee Food to help them gain more sales.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any major.
• 1–3 years of experience in Sales and Account Management.
• Target-oriented.
• Good communication skills.
• Proficient in using Excel.
• Experience working in a dynamic environment.
• Experience or interest in E-wallet platforms, food delivery, and e-commerce business.
• Able to work well in a team.
