Responsibilities
- Oversee inventory processes and ensure KPI targets (e.g., inventory accuracy) are met.
- Ensure the department is staffed with skilled and well-developed talent.
- Set and implement SOPs to improve productivity and optimize warehouse storage and picking areas.
- Control inventory levels through physical counts and system reconciliation.
- Manage replenishment, rack transfers, and aging inventory.
- Flag non-conformance issues, shortages, and overages to relevant teams.
- Provide performance reports to the Warehouse Lead.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or any related field
- 5 years total work experience focusing on warehouse operations, or related field
- Excellent leadership skill with strong analytical expertise to properly assess data and draw conclusions from it
- Strong knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Hands on experience with warehouse management software and databases
- Strong problem solving, presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Must be willing to be assigned in either Bustos, Bulacan
