Responsibilities
We are looking for an Operation Excellence Lead to drive efficiency, productivity, and continuous improvement across key operations.
- Drive operational performance through new projects, SOP enhancements and AI adoption
- Oversee and optimize productivity in merchant operations, procurement, finance, and customer service.
- Monitor operational metrics to identify improvement areas and drive data-informed decisions.
- Manage risks and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement process optimizations to enhance operational outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish, update, and implement company policies and procedures.
- Lead the development of the Operations team, ensuring performance aligns with business goals.
- Foster a culture of growth, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team.
Requirements
- 7+ years in Operations, Project Management, with 3+ years in senior roles preferred.
- Strong expertise in data analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Prior experience in AI tool development is a plus
- Resilient, adaptable, and solution-oriented in fast-paced settings.
- Fluent in English.
