FBS Growth Strategy - Seller projects Internship (Shopee)

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor FBS Seller Incentives end-to-end to drive seller acquisition, retention, and performance
• Design, model, and optimize seller incentive structures using data, financial modeling, and market insights
• Collaborate with Finance, Product, Warehouse, Ops, and KAMs to ensure effective rollout and alignment
• Study sellers and market dynamics to test assumptions, iterate quickly, and refine incentive levers

Requirements

• Analytical Skills: High proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data cleaning, pivot tables, and trend analysis)
• Agility: Ability to make quick, data-driven decisions in a high-pressure, fast-changing environment (especially during mega-campaign seasons).
• Communication: Clear and concise reporting skills to provide executive summaries of network-wide staffing health to senior leadership.
• Working level fluency in English
