Responsibilities
- Create, implement and execute the business development & growth strategy for the shop
- Develop online merchandising and pricing strategies to achieve sales targets
- Ensure price competitiveness, stock availability & listing optimizations across items in the category
- In charge of alignment with external and internal teams on creation of assets, videos, livestream, campaigns and content to drive sales & awareness
Requirements
- Possesses a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Management or any relevant study
- At least 4 years working experience with management consulting, business development, sales or category/brand marketing
- Able to thrive in a dynamic and collaborative work environment to drive key business objectives
- Strong data analytics skills
- Able to deliver quality work while meeting deadlines
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Amenable to work onsite in Ortigas
