Drafter - Warehouse (Bogor)

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research, accessibility evaluations, and technical assessments to identify feasible warehouse locations aligned with business expansion plans
• Develop detailed technical drawings, layouts, and renovation requirements (including Bill of Quantities and historical costs) based on initial facility plans
• Coordinate closely with cross-functional teams, acting as a key liaison to ensure layout implementation, infrastructure readiness, and space scalability
• Build and maintain a strong network with property owners, developers, and real estate agents to support continuous site scouting
• Oversee compliance with safety, engineering, and local regulatory standards for all expansion and renovation activities
• Track project budgets, timelines, and risks to ensure facilities are operationally ready according to launch schedules

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in warehouse expansion, project management, construction, or similar roles
• Experience handling end-to-end facility planning, including technical coordination (civil, M&E, and infrastructure readiness)
• Familiarity with building assessment, feasibility analysis, and technical drawing
• Strong understanding of industrial property development and warehouse operations is preferred
