FBS Project and Initiatives (Seller) - (Scommerce)

Responsibilities

• Drive Seller Growth & Experience: Lead strategic initiatives and projects designed to accelerate seller growth, optimize warehouse onboarding, and improve overall seller satisfaction with FBS.
• Track & Report Key Metrics: Define, monitor, and report core operational and performance metrics to ensure continuous service improvements and actionable insights.
• Seller Engagement & Voice of Customer: Regularly conduct interviews and outreach with sellers to uncover pain points, operational bottlenecks, and feature requests related to FBS and warehouse operations.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate closely with Warehouse Operations, Business Development, Product, and Customer Service teams to design mitigation plans and resolve seller issues.
• Process Optimization: Identify gap areas in fulfillment processes and translate seller feedback into clear action items and operational enhancements.

Requirements

• Experience: 2–4+ years of experience in project management, seller operations, account management, or business operations (preferably in E-commerce, Supply Chain, or Logistics).
• Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical mindset with a proven ability to diagnose complex operational pain points and build effective mitigation plans.
• Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with both external sellers and internal cross-functional partners.
• Data-Driven Approach: Comfortable working with data to track key performance metrics, build reports, and guide strategic decision-making.
• Adaptability & Drive: High ownership, proactive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
