Business Development Intern - Commercial Programs (Spring 2027)

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with stakeholders from other teams (Clusters, Marketing, Seller Ops, Logs, Seller Engagement) to run Commercial Program campaigns and initiative roll-outs
• Assist in day-to-day Business As Usual (BAU) operations to drive program outcomes such as the monthly refresh of seller incentive program hitlist, benefits dispensation and tracking and analysing program outcomes
• Assist in competitor tracking and analysis
• Manage seller communications through the development and execution of program communication materials including internal and external program information decks, training guides, and FAQs

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in any related industry
• Analytical and comfortable working with data; proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Fast learner, meticulous, and hands-on executer with a positive attitude
• Works well in a dynamic environment
• Excellent in communication, enjoys interacting and forming relationships
