Regional Operations & Strategy Intern (Content & Creator) (Spring 2027)

The Content & Creator team is a dynamic and results-driven unit, leading the content businesses – livestream and short video – for Shopee. Our mission is to strategically design, develop, and execute high-impact commercial programs that optimise demand generation, enhance supply, and achieve sustainable profitability across all our markets in Asia and Brazil.

Responsibilities

• Support projects that focus on end-to-end growth and optimisation of initiatives to improve commercial, traffic and cost metrics
• Support regular reporting, including data analysis and visualisation, identifying key issues, designing hypothesis, structuring analysis and proposing solutions
• Where needed, liaison with local and regional stakeholders within Shopee to consolidate data, assets, etc

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in related field and/or have relevant prior internship experience
• Proficient in Excel and Google Suite
• Able to work well in a dynamic environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent time and stakeholder management skills
• Team-player, organised and detail-oriented individual
• Full-time interns preferred (3-6 months)
