Responsibilities
- Actively source for new potential partnership to widen the sales pools in increasing network of points
- On-ground hunting for partnerships to achieve individual targets
- Monitor collection points' performance by Areas to ensure meeting company’s direction
- Observe and report competitor activities or market landscape
- Constantly ensure SPX Express's presence is visible within the Areas managed
- To identify high-potential accounts and convert them to SPX’s long term partners
Requirements
- Diploma in any field, preferred but not limited to Business, Commerce, Marketing
- Equipped with door sales experience, preferably in FMCG, Telco, Payment or Insurance industry
- Innovative problem-solving skills, able to dissect problems and implement solutions accordingly
- Excellent command of English, along with the ability to converse fluently in Bahasa Melayu to communicate with partners from diverse backgrounds; Mandarin is a bonus
- Open to flexible working arrangements during peak seasons / based on business needs
- Willingness to travel is a must
