Product Operations Analyst - Marketplace (Portuguese Speaking)(1-year Contract)

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the product & dev teams to make significant impacts on Shopee's search & recommendation engine through both technical and operational processes.
• Perform testing and QC to evaluate the quality of search & recommendation features.
• Surface issues with search & recommendation by reviewing bad cases and collecting product feedback.
• Provide analysis and insights into local market’s contexts and trends.
• Drive the optimizations of the labeling portals to improve efficiency and productivity.

Requirements

• Degree or diploma from a recognized tertiary education institution
• Speaking English and Portuguese as this role will be working on tasks related to the Latin American market.
• Communicate clearly verbally and in writing.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong execution skills and attention to detail.
• Strong commitment, bias towards actions, get things done reliably.
• Good command of Excel/Google Sheet.
