Seller Operations – Reports and Analytics

Responsibilities

• Generate data for deep understanding of business/operations performance
• Segment and deep dive into pain points of seller/listing types and identify drivers of operational issues from big sets of data
• Exhibit advanced data analytics to devise effective detection strategies to identify problematic listings and violations to mitigate risk and ensure good user experience
• Perform statistical analysis to identify patterns/behavior of sellers and listings
• Develop dashboards and automated reports to keep track of operation efficiency, strategy effectiveness and agent performance
• Work with cross functional teams to project manage the rollout and adoption of initiatives with reporting and tracking of impact

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in in STEM with a strong critical thinking
• Knowledge in SQL and/or Python are highly desirable
• Data driven and utilizes data to drive informed decision-making
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration and clear presentation to management
• Experience collaborating and working with multiple stakeholders from across teams and levels
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic and collaborative environment to drive business goals and make an impact
• Interest in designing operational processes and systems
• Basic understanding of Data Science modeling is preferred but not essential
