Seller Management Project

Responsibilities

• Co-lead and coordinate strategic, cross-functional projects in collaboration with senior team members to deliver brand and seller development initiatives within the defined project period.
• Analyze and evaluate market segments to proactively identify high-potential sellers, translating data-driven insights into structured, actionable category management strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on segment performance metrics and drive growth initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
• Drive and manage seller and brand acquisition projects by partnering with internal stakeholders to secure upstream supply and optimize assortment completeness.
• Formulate and implement seller growth strategies focused on enhancing capabilities and driving operational excellence to improve overall buyer experience by key project milestones.

Requirements

• Hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, Finance, Marketing, or other quantitative-based disciplines.
• Possess 2 to 4 years of professional experience in strategy, management consulting, startups, or e-commerce environments.
• Proven experience in project management, business development, or strategic planning.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for compiling complex data and designing executive-level presentations.
• Strong data interpretation and analytical capabilities, with a track record of translating insights into structured strategy.
• Exceptional critical thinking skills with the ability to dissect complex problems into manageable, structured, and actionable steps.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage and manage multi-functional stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to work highly independently as well as collaboratively within a fast-paced, dynamic team environment.
• Strong adaptability and capability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
