CORE RESPONSIBILITY
核心职责
负责宣伟汽车修补漆在中国汽车独立售后市场上的新业务拓展及现有业务维护工作。工作内容包含但不限于:
‐ 合伙人与渠道管理:搭建合伙人招募体系,负责签约谈判与分级维护;负责门店开发、加盟谈判与销量提升,定期走访门店并组织相关培训。
‐ 招商与销售支持:策划执行招商会,负责方案、PPT、合同等物料制作与谈判;为终端门店提供销售支持,跟进招商线索转化。
‐ 项目统筹管理:制定项目目标与里程碑,全周期管控进度,建立复盘机制;统筹预算与成本管控,搭建数据监控体系并输出开发运营报告。
‐ 协同与风险管控:协调公司内部门资源保障项目落地;识别并应对各类项目风险,处理合作纠纷,维护项目口碑。
负责与中国汽车独立售后市场上的客户建立长期战略合作关系。
完成负责区域或客户的宣伟汽车修补漆的销量指标,利润指标及加仑数指标。
负责对中国独立汽车售后市场及政策管理,收集行业及竞品动态,制定并优化招商、门店运营政策;调研市场需求,推动项目服务与产品迭代升级。为扩大市场份额和市场占有率提供依据。
与客户沟通,了解客户需求和意见,及时提供解决方案和服务支持,促进客户与公司的长期合作关系。
协调内部资源,为客户提供服务和解决方案,提升客户满意度和忠诚度。
建立和维护客户信息管理系统,及时记录客户需求和沟通记录。
Responsible for new business development and maintenance of Sherwin-Williams automotive refinish products in China’s independent automotive aftermarket. Duties include but are not limited to:
‐ Partner & Channel Management: Establish a partner recruitment system; oversee contract negotiations and tier-based relationship maintenance; drive store development, franchise negotiations, and sales growth; conduct regular store visits and organize relevant training sessions.
‐ Investment Promotion & Sales Support: Plan and execute investment promotion events; prepare materials such as proposals, PPTs, and contracts; provide sales support to retail stores; follow up on leads generated from investment activities.
‐ Project Coordination & Management: Define project objectives and milestones; manage end-to-end project progress and establish review mechanisms; oversee budgeting and cost control; develop data monitoring systems and produce development/operation reports.

‐ Collaboration & Risk Control: Coordinate cross-departmental resources to ensure project execution; identify and address project risks; resolve partnership disputes; maintain project reputation.
Establish and maintain long-term strategic partnerships with clients in China’s independent automotive aftermarket.
Achieve sales targets, profit goals, and gallonage targets for Sherwin-Williams automotive refinish products in the assigned region or among designated clients.
Monitor China’s independent automotive aftermarket and regulatory policies; collect industry and competitor insights; develop and optimize investment and store operation strategies; conduct market research to drive service and product improvements, supporting market share expansion.
Communicate with clients to understand their needs and feedback, provide timely solutions and service support, and foster long-term cooperative relationships.
Coordinate internal resources to deliver services and solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Establish and maintain a customer information management system, ensuring timely documentation of client needs and communication records.
