Where do you fit in?

The Customer Operations Intern will work on strategic projects aimed at shaping the Customer Operations of the future. Interns will be assigned to a business challenge and grouped into teams of 3–4 members. Each team will receive guidance from a Customer Operations Lead/Mentor throughout the assignment. The scope of the challenge may involve data, process, systems, people/culture, or a combination of these elements. Interns will analyze real-world operational dilemmas, propose recommendations, and deliver actionable insights to improve efficiency, customer experience or organisational competitiveness.

What's the role?

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand the assigned business problem/challenge in depth
  • Conduct external research to support hypotheses related to the challenge
  • Perform internal interviews and gather input from Customer Operations staff and partners
  • Analyze findings and prepare presentations on assigned topics
  • Ensure all reports and documentation are completed by the end of the assignment

  • Scope includes Downstream Lubricants, Mobility, Fleet Solutions, Trading & Supply, Chemicals

What we need from you?

Requirements (Skills & Experience)

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business Management, Finance, or related field
  • Must have a minimum of a 2:1 grade or a CGPA of 3.0 and above
  • Must be available to start your 12‑week (3‑month) internship commitment on April, May, or June 2026
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Proficient in English language (written and spoken)
