About the Role:
- Project Support Intern
- Join the Project Team in engaging the suppliers for Data, Registration and related activities in preparation of onboarding of the supplier/data in Fieldglass
Key Responsibilities:
-
Support Supplier Data Collection activity and relevant documentation updates
-
Support Data validation & enrichment done by deploy team in the dashboard.
-
Support in prepare reports and dashboards for planning performance and KPIs.
-
Collaborate with the Project Lead, Internal support teams, Contract & Procurement, and suppliers to ensure the respective actions are completed timely
-
Support Supplier Registration related activities.
-
Support in data analysis on the provided template and verification by team
-
Support Staff Augmentation Worker Data collection
-
Monitor communication via functional mailbox
What we need from you?Qualifications/Requirements:
-
Currently enrolled in a relevant Degree program as a penultimate/final year student.
-
Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources management, IT or Engineering
-
Minimum CGPA 3.0 and above
-
Minimum 3 months of internship commitment. Start Date – April 2026 onwards
-
Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
-
Proficiency in English
-
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
-
Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
-
Strong problem-solving skills
-
Proficient in Microsoft Office / Excel and other relevant software (knowledge in automation/data analytical tools will be an added advantage)
