We are seeking a deeply experienced and highly technical Senior Manager of Marketing Technology to lead the design, development, and strategic optimization of Shake Shack’s customer engagement and data ecosystems. This hybrid role requires a unique blend of expert-level engineering skills and highlevel Mar Tech strategy.
The ideal candidate will be a primary hands-on contributor responsible for system integrations and data pipeline management while also supporting the long-term vision for personalized guest experiences, with a specific, prominent focus on the implementation and ongoing support of our Loyalty Platform. This role is critical to Shake Shack’s ability to scale personalized guest engagement, loyalty, and offers with confidence and speed.

The Senior Manager, Marketing Technology ensures that our Mar Tech ecosystem is reliable, measurable, and execution-ready, enabling Marketing, Product, Data Services and Analytics teams to deliver high-impact experiences without data gaps or operational risk. Reporting to the Director of Marketing Technology, you will be responsible for supporting and executing the overarching vision for Shake Shack’s marketing technology landscape. You will serve as a key partner in translating high-level Mar Tech goals into technical reality, ensuring our stack remains scalable, innovative and impactful.

Beginning as a hot dog cart in New York City’s Madison Square Park, Shake Shack was created by Danny Meyer, Founder and CEO of Union Square Hospitality Group and best-selling author of Setting the Table. Shack Fans lined up daily, making the cart a resounding success, and donating all proceeds back to the park beautification efforts.
