Role Overview
Manage regional technical standards and data governance, ensuring that global media campaigns are compliant, tracked accurately, and technically sound. This role requires balancing hands-on platform work with regional stakeholder management across diverse markets.
Key Responsibilities
Regional Platform Management
- Maintain admin access and oversight for accounts across Service Now’s ad tech stack such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, The Trade Desk, and Adobe Advertising Cloud
- Ensure regional campaigns adhere to global platform governance standards while accommodating local market requirements
- **Perform regular operational oversight of the technical infrastructure,**ensuring that tracking, pixels, and data flows remain intact across global systems
- Serve as regional escalation point for platform access, permissions, and technical troubleshooting
Technical Operations
- In accordance to aligned procedures and governance with Ad tech team, work with agency to: implement and QA tracking/measurement setups: pixel deployment, tag management, conversion tracking for campaigns
- Verify data integrity between ad platforms and internal systems (CRM, marketing automation)
- Ensure compliance with regional data privacy regulations (GDPR and other country-specific requirements) and brand safety standards
- Troubleshoot technical issues: tracking breaks, campaign delivery problems, data discrepancies
Agency Partnership
- Collaborate with agency's regional hub team on campaign setup, optimization, troubleshooting, and testing of new opportunities
- Review agency platform usage for compliance with governance standards and best practices
- Provide technical guidance and training to agency team on platform updates and requirements
- QA high-risk or complex campaign launches to prevent technical failures
- Support ongoing agency performance evaluation and partnership options
Financial & Vendor Operations
- Reconcile platform invoices with agency billing, investigating and resolving discrepancies
- Monitor regional budget pacing and spend allocation across platforms
- Support vendor relationship management: coordinate with platform reps on issues, credits, or partnership opportunities
- Maintain documentation of platform spend, credits, and billing adjustments
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with media strategy team to understand campaign requirements and provide technical feasibility guidance
- Coordinate with global ad tech team on platform configurations, integrations, and governance updates
- Collaborate with analytics team on measurement strategy, data quality, and reporting requirements
- Work with regional creative and marketing ops teams to ensure seamless campaign execution
Process & Documentation
- Maintain regional documentation: account structures, access protocols, troubleshooting guides
- Contribute to global standard operating procedures and platform governance documentation
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and reduce operational friction
- Share regional insights and best practices with global ad ops team
Skills & competencies:
Required Qualifications
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry.
- 5+ years in digital advertising operations, campaign management, or ad tech roles
- Strong technical proficiency in Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, The Trade Desk, and Adobe Advertising Cloud
- Experience managing multi-country campaigns with regional complexity (language, currency, regulations)
- Understanding of tracking/measurement: pixels, tags, GTM, conversion tracking, basic data integrations
- Hands-on experience with billing reconciliation and budget management
- Proven expertise in regional technicalrequirements**and data governance,**with experience managing technical data integrity within distributed operating models.
- GDPR and regional privacy law knowledge and experience ensuring compliance in digital advertising
- Strong agency collaboration skills - ability to maintain quality while building partnerships
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Comfortable working across time zones with global teams
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or related field
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in B2B tech/SaaS marketing
- Familiarity with Salesforce, marketing automation platforms, or data visualization tools
- Platform certifications (Google Ads, LinkedIn, The Trade Desk, Adobe)
- Experience in APAC advertising markets and regional platform nuances
Key Success Metrics
- Technical issue resolution time and campaign uptime
- Tracking accuracy and data quality for APAC campaigns
- Billing reconciliation accuracy and timeliness
- Agency feedback on collaboration quality and responsiveness
- Regional media strategy team satisfaction with ad ops support
- Proactive identification and prevention of technical issues
