Overview
As the CISO Solutions GTM for APAC, you will serve as the regional interlock for the CISO persona, connecting the Global GTM Center of Excellence (COE) with regional Project organizations and field teams. Reporting directly to the Global Head of CISO Solutions GTM, you will be responsible for translating global CISO solutions strategies into regionalized activation plans and ensuring operational excellence through cross-functional coordination. This role is ideal for a results-oriented leader with a passion for enabling internal teams and driving measurable business impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the APAC Regional Interlock for the CISO persona between the Global GTM COE and regional Project organizations, ensuring seamless strategy translation and execution alignment.
- Translate and localize global CISO solutions GTM strategies for APAC, integrating regional market insights and field feedback to continuously improve offerings and positioning.
- Enable and activate field teams and Project organizations on all CISO solutions GTM plans, ensuring cohesive execution and alignment with regional business objectives.
- Lead the immersion and activation of GTM initiatives within distinct regional beats, driving scalable and consistent execution across teams to maximize pipeline generation, progression, and new net annual contract value (NNACV) for the region.
- Facilitate internal alignment between Global GTM COE strategic priorities and regional Project organization execution needs, ensuring the CISO persona is effectively represented across all regional initiatives.
- Design and execute scalable enablement models that equip multiple field teams and Project organizations simultaneously, maximizing regional impact and pipeline generation.
- Partner with the Global GTM COE and Industry teams to elevate, simplify, and transform CISO solution messaging, ensuring clarity and impact across all regional channels and touchpoints.
- Measure, analyze, and report on business KPIs and Regional OKRs to track performance and drive continuous improvement. Provide actionable insights to both Global GTM COE leadership and regional Project organization stakeholders.
- Stay ahead of regional market trends, competitive shifts, and emerging technologies to inform GTM strategy adaptation and positioning for APAC.
- Represent the CISO persona at internal strategic planning sessions, regional leadership forums, and cross-functional alignment meetings.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement across Global GTM COE and regional Project organization interfaces.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in GTM strategy, business operations, or strategic program management, with at least 3 years in a senior role.
- Proven track record of driving strategic initiatives and operational execution in complex, matrixed environments as a cross-functional interlock.
- Deep experience facilitating alignment between global strategic teams and regional execution organizations.
- Strong analytical, communication, and storytelling skills with ability to influence across organizational boundaries.
- Experience in SaaS, cloud, or enterprise technology preferred.
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus.
