  • Build, maintain, and communicate product roadmaps that balance short-term delivery with long-term platform strategy
  • Partner with engineering on execution and release management, proactively managing risks and dependencies
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Services, and Support to enable successful launches and customer adoption
  • Engage with customers and partners to share roadmap updates, gather feedback, and identify new opportunities
  • Communicate effectively across diverse audiences, from technical teams to executive stakeholders

  • 5+ years of product management experience defining, delivering, and scaling enterprise-grade or SaaS products in an agile development environment
  • Demonstrated ability to own product areas end-to-end, from problem definition and strategy through execution, launch, and iteration
  • Strong prioritization and judgment, with a proven ability to focus teams on the highest-impact initiatives while balancing short-term delivery with long-term platform strategy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience clearly articulating product vision, requirements, and trade-offs to a broad range of stakeholders
  • Experience gathering, synthesizing, and translating customer and stakeholder needs into clear product requirements, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes
  • Proven success partnering closely with engineering, UX, and architecture teams, facilitating discussions on complex and ambiguous problems to drive alignment and scalable solutions
  • A customer-centric mindset, with curiosity for customer workflows and demonstrated experience building trusted customer relationships to inform product decisions
