Service Now is looking for a high achieving Senior Sales Development Representative to join our expanding Global Sales Development team. You will generate new business pipeline in mid- large-size enterprises, working with Lead Development Representatives and Field Sales professionals.

What you get to do in this role:

The Senior Sales Development Representative builds sales pipeline to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual goals.

  • Establish new business relationships with influential contacts within target accounts.
  • Understand an organization's goals
  • Identify new sales opportunities and pass them to Field Sales professionals in the CRM
  • Partner with Field Sales to create regional territory plans
  • Follow the closed loop lead process to ensure nurturing on cold leads
  • Use our technologies to prioritize, disposition and manage marketing leads to maintain service level agreements with Marketing
  • Guide other team members, sharing experiences and recommendations

To be successful in this role you have:

  • Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry.
  • 1+ year experience in telemarketing, lead generation, or cold calling in the information technology industry
  • A creative and customer-focused mindset
  • A general understanding of Cloud computing and SaaS offerings
  • Ability to differentiate Service Now to customers
  • Travel for training or meetings may occasionally be required
