Role Summary

This IC3 role is a country-level marketing execution specialist responsible for implementing, optimizing, and reporting on localized marketing plans across two Nordic markets.(Norway & Sweden).The position is designed to increase execution power, consistency, and operational efficiency. You will collaborate closely with the M5 Nordics Director, sales teams, partners, and regional marketing to bring global and regional programs to life with high-quality local execution.

What You Get To Do In This Role

  • Execute integrated marketing campaigns aligned to the Nordics GTM strategy.

  • Own the execution of two country plans, ensuring programs land consistently and on time.

  • Run digital, ABM, partner, and event activation locally.

  • Localize messaging and adapt content for Denmark/Norway.

  • Support partner marketing and sales alignment.

  • Execute digital tactics: email, paid digital, nurture workflows.

  • Track and optimize program performance using analytics.

  • Plan and execute local events, workshops, and webinars.

  • Maintain operational rigor across systems (Workfront, Marketo etc.)

Core Competencies Expected at IC3

  • Drives Results: Executes independently on well‑defined tasks and manages multiple workstreams.

  • Impact & Influence: Communicates clearly with sales, partners, and cross‑functional teams.

  • Problem Solving: Uses data and insights to diagnose issues and propose improvements.

  • Operational Rigor: Applies structured workflows and ensures high‑quality execution.

  • Continuous Learning: Adapts to new tools, campaigns, and feedback.

Skills & Qualifications

  • 3–5 years in field marketing, demand gen, digital marketing, or related B2B roles.

  • Experience executing multi‑channel campaigns.

  • Strong project management and prioritization capability.

  • Ability to adapt global/regional content for local markets.

  • Strong communication skills in English; Danish/Norwegian beneficial.

  • Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM.

  • Analytical skills to interpret performance data and recommend actions.

Success Measures

  • Pipeline contribution and influenced pipeline.

  • Timeliness and quality of program execution.

  • Digital engagement metrics.

  • Event performance and follow‑up quality.

  • Stakeholder feedback (sales, partners, M5 Director).

  • Consistency and operational rigor across both countries.
