Job Description:

Service Now is seeking Enterprise Architects to join our pre-sales organization. The Enterprise Architecture team partners with senior technology and business leaders at our largest customers to design strategies and solutions that deliver meaningful business outcomes.

As an Enterprise Architect, you will act as a trusted advisor, helping customers understand how Service Now’s “platform of platforms” can support their digital transformation goals. You will work collaboratively with customers, partners, and internal teams to design scalable, well-architected solutions using industry best practices and standards. Your work will focus on enabling value, building trust, and supporting long-term customer success.

What you’ll do

  • Partner with customer executives to understand their priorities and translate them into practical, value-driven Service Now solutions
  • Lead and contribute to architecture and design engagements across initiatives such as IT transformation, enterprise service management, digital products, and industry-specific solutions
  • Communicate Service Now’s platform architecture clearly to both technical and business audiences, including senior leaders
  • Collaborate closely with account teams, solution consultants, and partners to shape customer strategies and roadmaps
  • Facilitate workshops, best-practice sessions, and enablement activities for customers and partners
  • Contribute to thought leadership, reusable assets, and best practices across the Enterprise Architecture community

What we’re looking for

To be successful in this role, you bring many of the following experiences (we don’t expect every candidate to check every box):

  • Experience working with senior technology leaders in a pre-sales, consulting, or delivery-focused role
  • Strong background in enterprise or application architecture, including integrating multiple systems and platforms
  • Solid understanding of cloud-based platforms (SaaS, PaaS, multi-tenancy, automation)
  • Familiarity with common architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, Zachman, IT4IT, BIAN, or TM Forum
  • Experience exploring how AI can support workflows, decision-making, or business processes
  • Ability to explain complex concepts clearly and connect technical decisions to business value
  • A collaborative, curious mindset with interest in emerging technologies and modern ways of working
  • Confidence presenting architectural concepts to technical leaders and partners
  • Industry experience in Public Sector / Healthcare,Retail, or Manufacturing
