What are we looking for?

We are looking for a Director of Business Operations to partner with executive leaders across Sentinel One’s Product and Technology organization. This role sits at the center of strategy, execution, and executive decision-making. You will own the operating cadence, drive strategic planning and investment decisions, deliver executive-level insights, and ensure leaders have the clarity and data they need to run the business effectively. The ideal candidate brings a consulting background, strong analytical rigor, and exceptional ability to communicate complex business and technical topics in a clear, compelling way.

What will you do?

  • Partner with executive product and technology leaders to drive strategic planning and execution.

  • Own and run the operating rhythm (Board meetings, OKRs, QBRs,MBRs, and operational reviews, All Hands, etc.).

  • Support leaders in setting OKRs / goals, ensuring they’re measurable and aligned across teams.

  • Lead data-driven analysis with organizational dashboards to inform executive decisions on growth, investments, resourcing, and priorities.

  • Translate complex business and technical topics into clear, executive-ready narratives and presentations.

  • Facilitate quarterly planning in support of roadmap development and AOP planning.

  • Develop and present high-impact materials for executive and board-level forums.

  • Define and track key metrics related to revenue growth, costs, operational efficiency, product adoption. Distill insights on areas of focus and opportunity for C-suite audiences.

  • Drive alignment across product and technology and cross-functional partners such as, sales, marketing, finance,human resources, customer success and legal.

  • Anticipate risks, surface trade-offs, and help leaders make informed decisions.

  • Build and scale a high-performing business operations capability.

What skills and knowledge should you bring?

  • 10–15+ years of experience in total with a combination of management consulting and industry experience in business operations and strategy, or chief of staff roles. Ideally supporting SaaS organizations.

  • Proven experience partnering with VP- and C-level executives.

  • Experience in driving business transformation and programs that positively impact business results.

  • Ability to work at different altitudes, from strategy development to being more hands-on to execute the change.

  • Demonstrated ability to run operating cadences for large, complex organizations (500+ employees).

  • Exceptional executive communication and presentation skills, including creating polished, compelling slide decks.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data into actionable insights.

  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive outcomes in an ambiguous environment.

  • Must be resilient and possess strong change management skills.

  • Experience working with cybersecurity companies preferred.

  • Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts such as secure SDLC, vulnerability management, threat modeling, or security research preferred.

  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.

Base Salary Range**$277,150—$316,250 USD**
