As an Employee Experience Intern you will help create a meaningful and engaging workplace for our employees through a blend of administrative support, program coordination, and creative projects. You’ll assist with onboarding logistics, benefits documentation, wellness initiatives, internal communications, and in-person events. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and passionate about building an inclusive and high-impact employee experience. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to multiple areas of HR, culture, and operations at a fast-growing tech company.

What will you do? Onboarding• Support logistics, materials, and checklists for onboarding• Coordinate first-day experiences and gather feedback

Benefits & Wellness• Organize and track benefit usage• Maintain internal benefits documentation• Research and suggest perk/wellness improvements

Employee Experience & Engagement• Assist in planning in-person events and team activities• Support internal comms, celebrations, and culture initiatives

What Skills and Knowledge Will You Bring?

• Bachelor’s or Master’s student in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field• Strong organizational and project management skills• Creative and proactive in thinking about ways to enhance team culture• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail• A genuine interest in employee engagement, events, and wellness
