What are we looking for?
Sentinel One is seeking an experienced MSSP Partner Development Manager to grow our Managed Service partners in APJ.
As an MSSP leader, you will be tasked with building out an APJ wide strategy & GTM that will develop existing global and local MSSP partners as well as identifying and recruiting new MSSP partners. You will also have an eye for operational detail and ensure partner experience is of the highest level and working closely with the marketing and product teams to design and implement successful demand generation and Go-to-Market campaigns to help drive overall sales excellence in a competitive market.
Ideal candidates will have prior experience in creating and executing GTM strategies especially around channel business development. Experience in selling to MSSPs, selling security solutions, with a demonstrable ability in building trust in your networks.
What will you do?

Implement and manage an effective channel strategy, focused on optimising MSSP partnerships in the region.

Increase partner generated revenues and partner-initiated deals aligned to Sentinel One’s Partner One Program.

Manage existing and grow new MSSP partners that will allow better market and vertical sales and support coverage
Execute account mapping, meetings and demand generation activities with other Sentinel One staff and partners to qualify target accounts and opportunities -
Work with your partners to expand Sentinel One’s product footprint including coordination of partner activation workshops, enablement sessions (marketing, sales, and technical)

Develop emerging product adoption plans

Co-develop partner go to market strategy inclusive

Coordination of joint go to market sales strategy with Sentinel One and partner account teams

Work side-by-side with our Channel Business Managers to drive business acceleration with our Managed Services partners

Generate monthly, quarterly and yearly planning of sales activities

Lead and coordinate enablement sessions to train our focus partners to ensure our partners are self-sufficient

Build strong relationships with relevant decision makers and key persons within partners
What skills and knowledge should you bring?
-
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience with at least 8+ years of high-tech channel sales experience in an enterprise security sales environment, with definitive success working specifically with Managed Service(s) providers in a channel sales motion

Proven track-record of driving continued partner growth and revenue

Knowledge of and network within VAR Channels

Understands business models of channel partners and knows how to build in our solutions and offerings into Partner offerings

Strong working knowledge of the cyber security or similar space

Metrics driven and accountable - takes ownership and responsibility

Can work in a fast paced, start-up environment

Great relation and reputation with key partners in assigned region

Able to present in front of a bigger audience and to host events with and for partners and end-customers

Able to identify and initiate deals with partners

Able to work on deals and close them with a partner in close sync with Sentinel One Account Teams
