Scopely is looking for a highly motivated Senior Marketing Artist to join our Marketing team Flamed in Barcelona Office on a Hybrid basis!

We are the in-house creative agency, Flamed, an International multidisciplinary team. We build thousands of creatives every year to support all Scopely games Marketing needs worldwide. You will work on the leading mobile mid-core games or Casual like Star Trek Fleet Command and Stumble Guys, among others.
Responsibilities:
You will focus on high-quality visual execution to join our Production Pod in Barcelona. You will be responsible for crafting static visuals (ads, store assets, So Me posts) for some of the top mobile games in the world.

Produce high-quality marketing assets from briefs and benchmarks, following established pipelines and templates.

Work with 2D and 3D tools to assemble polished visuals with clean lighting, retouching, and compositional balance.

Execute AI-generated visuals, refining them through paintovers, compositing, and final layout.

Work in partnership with the Art Director and Lead Artists to deliver top-notch creative assets that reflect the brand identity and production benchmarks.

Ensure all visuals align with brand guidelines and contribute to maintaining and applying style guides.

Collaborate with other artists and teams worldwide to ensure visual alignment and timely delivery.

Maintain precise tracking and accountability through internal workflow tools and reporting platforms.

Occasionally participate in brainstorms or creative alignment sessions, and participate in performance-based iteration cycles, delivering updated versions based on KPIs and creative performance.
Requirements:
-
5+ years of experience in marketing or production art roles, ideally in gaming or entertainment.

A strong portfolio that includes 3D compositions (character posing and facial expressions are a plus), showcasing AI-assisted art, clean layout skills, and post-production.

Excellent knowledge of Adobe Photoshop.

Solid 3D integration, composition skills, and lighting skills (Blender or Maya).

Understanding of visual fundamentals: layout, color, lighting, and storytelling.

Self-driven and comfortable working independently within fast-paced production timelines.

Fluent communication skills in English (spoken and written).

Comfortable collaborating with stakeholders across international locations and time zones.
Nice to Have:

Fast sketching capabilities.

Experience with UA or ASO asset production.

Familiarity with AI art pipelines, prompt writing, and image refinement tools.

Experience using production tracking systems and collaborative project tools.

Brand development experience.
