Misión
- Identificar de forma continua factores de no calidad, realizar o coordinar análisis en profundidad con otros departamentos y supervisar planes de mejora de calidad.
- Detectar problemas potenciales antes de que ocurran e implementar soluciones preventivas.
- Resolver de manera rápida y eficaz problemas de proceso que afecten a los clientes mediante acciones de contención, corrección y prevención.
- Planificar y ejecutar las acciones necesarias para garantizar la conformidad del producto o servicio con los requisitos contractuales y/o explícitos del cliente.
- Realizar auditorías y analizar resultados según los sistemas y métodos de calidad establecidos.
Responsabilidades Clave
- Tomar todas las acciones necesarias para asegurar que el producto o servicio cumpla con los requisitos del cliente, siendo el motor principal en la implementación de la mejora continua de la calidad.
Actividades Principales
Responsable de la calidad en uno o varios sectores:
- Garantizar que el Plan de Control de Procesos se aplique y sea coherente con el Análisis de Modo y Efecto de Fallos (FMEA), desafiando las operaciones para identificar y gestionar riesgos de forma preventiva.
- Liderar auditorías de procesos y análisis FMEA.
- Crear y mantener la documentación de control de calidad, asegurando la formación y aplicación en el sector.
- Liderar la mejora continua en su perímetro.
- Dirigir acciones de contención, análisis de causa raíz y resolución de problemas en su sector.
- Asistencia en SIM's + extracción, seguimiento, análisis y mejora de KPI's.
