Mission statement : Focusing on Supplier Development and improving performance of Supplier by optimizing processes.
Role: Supplier Audits, Supplier Evaluation in close Co-ordination with Procurement team. Monitoring Supplier performance. Ensures organisational policies, practices and procedures are understood and followed by direct reports, customers, and stakeholders.
Supplier Qualification-Drives the supplier qualification process and ensures supplier base is fully qualified and compliant.
Supplier assessment- Plans and conducts supplier assessment including reporting and findings for major and minor opportunities for improvements and verifies effective closure of assessment findings by the supplier. Supplier development-Develops and support suppliers to achieve ongoing conformance with Schneider requirements and continual improvements in quality. Supplier performance monitoring
- Monitors and reports supplier performance quality issues, NCR and identify development actions. Support implementation of initiatives launched at Global level on Sustainability, Material compliance, Integrity and Health, Safety and environment through close collaboration with relevant functions.
This role aims to deploy a quality and safety framework for our subcontractors.
Reduce the cost of poor quality by addressing the root causes for any issue arising. Be a role model for quality and safety and never comprise these two key values.
Scope:
Ensuring Supplier quality management for Ehouse/ Prefab, Site works (electrical installation), Contract manufacturing etc.

EDUCATION-MINIMUM REQUIRED LEVEL:
- Degree in Engineering (Electrical preferred)
EXPERIENCE-MINIMUM REQUIRED:
- 10+ years of experience in Quality management, Supplier quality management, Quality Assurance in procurement/ supply chain/ project management/ manufacturing in a project business context
- Strong transformational background is establishing and deploying quality management system
- The ideal candidate has previous experience from quality assurance and supplier assessments for e-House business and electrical installation.
