You will join the Projects team, where we execute customer projects for energy management in East Asia and Japan.

About the Role Drive Impact:

Contribute to sustainability and biodiversity projects that create a positive environmental impact and promote ecological balance.

Foster Innovation: Bring your fresh ideas and perspectives to help develop creative solutions addressing today's pressing environmental challenges.

What will you do?

Support Process Improvement: Assist in diverse projects aimed at enhancing processes within the organization, focusing on efficiency and effectiveness.

Implement New Technologies: Help in the implementation of new technologies and digitalization initiatives, contributing to modernizing our operations.

Report KPIs and Action Plans: Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and assist in building action plans for continuous improvement based on the data collected.

Data Analysis: Conduct data analysis to identify trends and insights that can inform decision-making and enhance operational processes.

Lead Sustainability Projects: Take the initiative in leading projects that promote sustainability and biodiversity within the Distribution Center, ensuring our practices align with our environmental goals.

Administrative support for the operations team.

This includes assisting with documentation and providing ad hoc maintenance support.

What skills and capabilities will make you successful?

Education: Bachelor’s in Industrial Engineer/Logistics/Administration and related or similar Skills/Systems Knowledge: Must have Office package (Excel, Power Point) Demonstrate a strong willingness to learn and possess self-motivation to take initiative in their tasks.
