What will you do: Provide first-line technical support for hardware and software systems, ensuring quick resolution of user issues Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems through effective communication with users Manage and coordinate support requests, escalating complex issues to appropriate support levels Evaluate hardware and software performance, recommending strategic improvements to IT infrastructure Lead and supervise support activities, ensuring high-quality service delivery standards What will make you successful: IT related related qualification Minimum 10 years experience in IT support
