C ustomer S uccess Renewal Specialist
- GIS/GOS
The CS Renewal Specialist will be responsible for managing the end-to-end administrative process of renewals for the GOS (Grid Operation Systems) software portfolio globally / GIS software portfolio. This role ensures operational excellence, accuracy, and agility in handling renewal proposals, approvals, and financial flows, enabling seamless execution and revenue recognition.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute the entire back-office process for GOS global renewals / GIS international renewals , ensuring compliance and efficiency.
- Oversee the full lifecycle of contract renewals, from tracking dates to securing signed agreements.
- Monitor renewal pipeline, provide reports, and share insights on trends and opportunities.
- Coordinate with the Support Organization / country teams to organize effort estimations and align on renewal requirements and process .
- Prepare and manage internal and external quotes, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Coordinate activities to support negotiations and customer interactions.
- Work closely with Customer Success, Account Managers, Finance, Legal, and Partner teams to finalize deals.
- Manage orders and contract process , ensuring proper documentation and approvals.
- Monitor and follow up on execution, delivery, invoicing, and revenue recognition to guarantee timely completion.
- Ensure all renewals align with internal policies and resolve any contract discrepancies.
- Act as a liaison between Customer Success, Finance, and Delivery teams to ensure smooth operational flow.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration , Finance, or related field.
- Proven experience in renewals, sales operations, or commercial back-office processes within SaaS or technology environments.
- Strong understanding of contract management, quoting, and approval workflows.
- Experience with CRM systems and familiarity with financial and billing processes.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to manage complex administrative flows.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken) to collaborate effectively with global stakeholders.
