Required Skills (Must Have) along with necessary Industry Experience Skills Required
- 7+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM implementation
- Compensation.
- Have Techno Functional expertise knowledge in Fusion HCM modules (Core HR, Compensation & Benefits).
- Extensive knowledge in Hire to Retire business process.
- Experience of working through Agile methodology
- Excellent Communication and presentation skills
- Good Exposure towards working in highly matrixed setup of Global MNCs
- Experience in design thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in stakeholder management.
- Have strong collaborative mindset.
- Understanding of data privacy and compliance regulations.
Essential Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business to understand and maintain the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for Oracle Fusion Core HCM.
- Understand business requirements and provide solution.
- Guide development team with the priority to work on the backlog and provide solution.
- Ensure thorough impact assessment is performed, and the changes are thoroughly tested before moving to production.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
- Work with vendor and understand product roadmap, new features to improve our business processes.
- Explore new features, perform POC and present to our stakeholders.
- Be part of vendor community to be on top of product issues, solutions etc.
- Collaborate with other product teams to discuss and align from end-to-end impact of the feature, requirements we are working on.
