What will you do?
In Operations, for several Strategic Product Families- Understand and shares Offer Strategy with the Business Unit to adapt and execute it locally.
Master the Offer knowledge and the Offer environment.
Support Sales Offer Strategy execution.
Collect and give to the Business Unit all Business Information.
Take part in Sales, Inventory & Operation Planning (SIPO) process.
Enhance offer launches by piloting new and improved methods of tracking, communicating, measuring and managing launches with the Operations team.
Optimize offer launches KPIs (Industry Best Practice + Existing Metrics) Revenue Growth: Achieve annual revenue targets for assigned offers.
Market Share: Increase market share for strategic product families by a defined percentage.
Offer Launch Success: Deliver successful launches of new offers within agreed timelines and adoption targets.
Gross Margin Improvement: Maintain or improve gross margin for managed offers.
Customer Engagement: Minimum 4 customer visits per week recorded in CRM; execute demand generation activities across key channels.
Inventory Management: Reduce unhealthy stock by 15%; maintain forecast accuracy >75%.
Compliance & Governance: Ensure adherence to pricing and commercial policy.
