At Schneider Electric, our Secure Power division enables the critical IT and data center environments that power our digital world. We are seeking a Solution Sales Expert - Cloud & Service Provider who thrives at the intersection of technical problem‑solving and strategic selling.

This role is ideal for someone who is as comfortable diving into UPS, cooling, and power distribution designs as they are developing customer relationships, identifying new opportunities, and driving revenue.

What will you do?

  • Strategic Sales & Market Growth
  • Work closely with the C&SP Segment Lead to create, refine, and execute national sales strategies.
  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new opportunities in both new data center builds and IT infrastructure deployments.

Customer & Partner Engagement:

  • Lead solution development by coordinating with regional teams to deliver offers that meet each customer's unique technical and business requirements.
  • Represent Schneider Electric's value proposition to end‑users while working through our network of contractors, resellers, distributors, and channel partners.

Technical Expertise & Thought Leadership:

  • Deliver technical and strategic presentations to engineering teams, industry groups, and C‑Suite audiences.

  • Stay current on emerging trends in IT, cloud, and data center technology to guide customer innovation.

  • What qualifications will make you successful for this role?

  • 5+ years of experience selling complex products, solutions, services, and/or software - directly and through channels.

  • A university degree or college diploma, ideally with a technical focus (engineering preferred but not required with strong experience).

  • High‑level understanding of electrical and/or mechanical equipment, especially UPS, cooling, and power distribution systems.

  • Experience developing and delivering impactful presentations to both technical and executive audiences.

  • Strong commercial and financial acumen with an ability to work independently and manage a geographically dispersed territory.

  • Ability to travel 25-50% of time

  • Some overnight travel across the territory, within Canada, across North America and globally.

  • For Quebec-based candidates functional French is required.

What's in it for you?
The compensation range for this full-time position, which includes base pay and short-term incentive, is $139,200-$208,800 for candidates who are BC residents. For Ontario applicants, this posting complies with provincial law which does not require disclosure of the pay range. Inquiries regarding the pay range can be directed to the recruiting / hiring manager. Our salary ranges are determined by including roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
