For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $168,800 - $253,200 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.
The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States.
Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level.
Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

About the Role:
Schneider Electric is seeking a Global Offer Category Innovation Director to lead portfolio evolution and offer qualification efforts across our global AI ecosystem partners.
This role will shape the future of AI infrastructure collaboration—driving co‑development, aligning roadmaps, and accelerating growth across key accounts.
Key Responsibilities Account & Technical Support Act as the technical and Line-of-Business (LOB) liaison for alliance owners to support growth initiatives.
Partner with ecosystem stakeholders on new business discussions, including sales engagements, voice‑of‑customer activities, roadmap reviews, and RFI/RFQ preparation.
Identify and define new opportunities and workstreams in partnership with alliance leaders.
Participate in weekly account team calls and represent technical requirements to internal LOBs and stakeholders.
Serve as the escalation point for offer quality or technical inquiries, collaborating closely with quality, supply chain, and other internal teams.
Workstream Definition, Prioritization & Tracking Lead co‑development coordination across accounts and geographies, collaborating with LOBs and the CTO organization.
Consolidate, prioritize, and track offer qualification and new development activities across rack systems, power distribution, and cooling.
Maintain master project tracking tools and dashboards.
Prepare and facilitate monthly reviews with key stakeholders.
Support projects, RFQ responses, revenue tracking, and PAM/share analysis for each account. AI Ecosystem Marketing Support Partner with global, regional, and LOB marketing teams to amplify ecosystem activities.
Develop and maintain alliance rack-level reference designs and customer reference stories.
Manage qualified SKU listings for dashboards.
Support trade shows, training sessions, webinars, and other customer or regional events.
What qualifications would make you successful?
Understanding of AI infrastructure challenges and opportunities, specifically around power and cooling.
Technical background (Engineering or related field) with familiarity in IT rack systems, power distribution, and cooling solutions.
Strong knowledge of Schneider Electric’s Secure Power portfolio and core go‑to‑market and offer development processes. 5+ years in offer management and/or solution sales.
Ability to translate customer needs into internal technical requirements.
Experience: building and evaluating business cases for prioritization.
Collaborative mindset with experience working on global, cross‑functional teams.
