About the Role We are looking for a highly skilled and self-driven RPA Developer (Ui Path) with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in Robotic Process Automation.
The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in Ui Path development, framework design, SAP automation, and modern integrations such as APIs, OCR, and LLMs.
This role requires someone who can independently design, develop, deploy, and support enterprise-grade automation solutions following coding standards and governance best practices.
Key Responsibilities · Design, develop, test, and deploy automation solutions using Ui Path. · Develop reusable automation frameworks aligned with enterprise standards. · Implement robust exception handling and logging mechanisms. · Automate complex business processes including SAP automations (GUI). · Integrate third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs. · Implement OCR-based document automation using Ui Path Document Understanding or other OCR engines. · Work on LLM integrations (e.g., OpenAI-based models or enterprise LLM platforms) for intelligent automation use cases. · Manage and monitor bots through Ui Path Orchestrator (queues, assets, triggers, releases, environments). · Participate in CI/CD pipeline implementation for RPA deployments. · Ensure adherence to coding standards, version control, documentation, and governance frameworks. · Perform root cause analysis and provide production support for deployed bots. · Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical solutions. · Handle automation projects independently end-to-end.
Mandatory Technical Skills · Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in Ui Path development. · Strong knowledge of REFramework or custom RPA frameworks. ·
Experience: with SAP automation (GUI automation and API/BAPI integration preferred). ·
Experience: with API integrations (REST/SOAP). · Hands-on experience with OCR integrations and document automation. · Exposure to LLM integrations / AI-powered automation use cases. ·
Experience: working with Ui Path Orchestrator (deployment, queue management, bot monitoring). · Understanding of CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.). · Knowledge of version control systems (Git). · Strong experience in exception handling strategies and logging best practices. · Basic to intermediate coding knowledge (VB.NET / C# preferred).
Good to Have · Ui Path Certifications (Associate / Advanced RPA Developer). ·
Experience: with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS). · Knowledge of process mining or task mining tools. · Exposure to Intelligent Document Processing (IDP).
Soft Skills & Competencies · Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills. · Ability to handle projects independently with ownership mindset. · Excellent documentation and communication skills. · Strong debugging and problem-solving capability. · Responsible, proactive, and delivery-focused. · Ability to work in a fast-paced Hyper Automation environment.
Educational Qualification · Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Technology / Computer Science or equivalent from a reputed university.
