What will you do: We are looking for a Sales Representative for our commercial contractors segment in Winnipeg.
You will be accountable for in-field execution of specific sales efforts, programs/initiatives, and peer coaching.
You will assist the sales force by providing a high-level product or segment expertise and knowledge of product or segment centric application to customers.
Conduct commercial activities for assigned products, programs, or customer segments and key account responsibility Develop with management strategic customer action plans and targets within the assigned focus area Manage a personal funnel of accounts and opportunities in Salesforce; accurately report and forecast activities and opportunities Act as field liaison to product and segment marketing, lead product launches, training, and program execution for customers Work with general sales personnel in coaching mode and support key customer development (e.g. customer conversion, new system implementation, customer solutions) Collaborate with the specialized channel partners to sell and support the specific product group(s) assigned, in collaboration with sales and channel management Assist prescription/specification with engineering, consulting, OEM and end-users Provide complex sales proposal support and project order information input Initiate application and solution support as required for customers from within the organizational structures of company and intermediaries (System Integrators, Application Engineers, Segment Management) Maintain existing user contacts Maintain sound knowledge of competitor activity and reports to stakeholders Provide professional customer service to maintain customer satisfaction What qualifications will make you successful?
Diploma/Degree/Red seal in Electrical/Electronics or relevant experience 5+ years of experience in the electrical industry 3+ years of technical sales experience (preferred) Strong collaboration, communication, interpersonal skills and business acumen Demonstrated ability to create and execute strategic plans Willing to travel up to 25% within Winnipeg region Let us learn about you!
