As a VIE Supply Chain Planning Analyst, you will play a central role in driving end‑to‑end visibility, supporting advanced analytics initiatives, and contributing to innovative tools that elevate our Supply Chain operations.

This mission offers the perfect mix of digital expertise, data analytics, and international collaboration within a dynamic and forward‑looking environment.

Your Key Responsibilities 1.

Europe Key‑User – End‑to‑End Control Tower (Business Intelligence Tool) Act as regional key‑user for our E2E Control Tower, supporting plants, distribution centers, and central functions.

Manage user access, provide operational support, and follow up on ticketing.

Validate and deploy tool enhancements within the region, contributing to innovative initiatives that expand our end‑to‑end supply chain visibility. 2.

Tableau Platform Management – Planning Control Tower Oversee the Europe Planning Control Tower built on Tableau.

Monitor data refresh, maintain dashboards, and create or update reports based on user feedback.

Ensure data consistency and reliability to support strategic and operational decision‑making. 3.

Support or Lead Digital Transformation Initiatives Contribute to Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Advanced Data Analytics, or Artificial Intelligence initiatives.

Define business needs, collaborate with development teams, coordinate deployment, and ensure performance during the run phase. 4.

Daily Supply Chain Reporting for Europe Support or lead daily service reporting activities.

Perform consistency checks, preliminary analyses, update Tableau dashboards, and share communication with stakeholders.

Education: Engineering degree (generalist or with industrial specialization preferred) OR Master's degree in Supply Chain, Logistic.

Experience: Suitable for candidates with up to 1–2 years of work experience (internship/apprenticeship incl.) A first experience in supply chain planning or replenishment is a strong plus.

Technical Skills Comfortable working with digital tools and data‑oriented platforms.

Experience: with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI) appreciated.

Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and tools.

Strong analytical mindset and curiosity for automation & data solutions.

Languages English: mandatory (good level required) Personal Skills Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Organized and reliable, able to manage multiple priorities.

Comfortable working in an intercultural, international context.

Fast learner, proactive, and committed.

Motivated to grow within a high‑performance Supply Chain environment.
