Key Responsibilities Product Strategy & Vision Define the vision and strategy for the partner digital solutions ecosystem, ensuring both solutions support seamless partner workflows.
Conduct market research and partner discovery to identify opportunities across collaboration and post‑commissioning asset management.
Roadmap & Prioritization Build and manage integrated roadmaps for both digital solutions.
Translate insights into clear product requirements and user stories.
Feature Delivery & Execution Partner with engineering and UX to design and deliver intuitive, scalable features.
Validate enhancements through partner feedback and testing.
Collaborate closely with engineering, UX, data analytics, and channel teams to ensure successful execution.
Data, Metrics & Optimization Define KPIs for adoption, engagement, efficiency, and partner satisfaction.
Use analytics and VOC to identify improvement opportunities and optimize end‑to‑end journeys.
Go‑to‑Market & Adoption Work with channel and marketing teams on release planning, messaging, and adoption programs.
Support partner onboarding, training, and change‑management activities.

Experience: Leadership Ensure consistent, unified experiences across both solutions and related digital touchpoints.
Drive cross‑product alignment, UX harmonization, and continuous experience improvement.
Qualification: Required 7+ years experience in product management, digital platforms, or SaaS environments.
Strong understanding of B2B workflows and partner ecosystems.
Ability to define product strategy, write clear requirements, and collaborate deeply with engineering and UX teams.
Proficient in analyzing product data, defining KPIs, and making data‑driven decisions.
Excellent communication and stakeholder leadership skills.
Preferred
Experience: with collaboration platforms, asset management tools, or lifecycle management software.
Familiarity with software entitlement models, subscription journeys, or partner‑facing digital channels.
Background in UX, customer experience, or digital transformation.
