Commercial Excellence Analyze segment financials to identify trends and opportunities for growth across P&G, Mobility, Semicon segments Prepare and present performance, pipeline and CHR analysis at the monthly cadences Support building strategy on P&G Market Overview, Trends, Ambition Win/Loss Analysis done quarterly to assess commercial effectiveness Track and follow top projects with SAEs to ensure alignment with ambition Provide monthly reports to SAEs on AVEVA and DFW.
Collaborate and work with Commercial Teams (IA, DE, PS, etc.) and prepare quarterly reviews Lead the QBR preparation Facilitate Monthly P&G Community Calls, Quarterly Infrastructure Open Lines to enhance information sharing, collaboration, and deliver high-impact customer content Deployment of synergies with software Support with creation of BFO dashboards and reports to ensure automation of reports Support with Horizon initiative to deploy in 2026 Improve opportunity data quality quarterly with corrective actions Support SIP structures and target-setting activities in collaboration with SAEs Marketing Support with the AMSP initiatives and kick off yearly Analyze ROI with events, leads, influence Be the Social Media Ambassador for Infrastructure Segments (own social media handles of our SVP) Work with Mar Com to secure and prepare interviews at local and global level Draft, proofread and manage external comments/articles on behalf of Philippe for PR News Prepare and support with internal/external presentations, creation of UVPs, Newsletters Drive engagement through Yammer communications Create and maintain P&G Share Point with digital assets for internal and external use (for high impact customer facing content) Support with website development and blog content for se.com Contributes to the development and rollout of the end-user Sales Certification program for P&G (MLL Training) About You 7+ years of experience in Marketing, Commercial Excellence, Sales Enablement, or related fields Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field Master’s degree (MBA or similar) is a strong advantage Strategic marketer with strong commercial acumen and a data‑driven approach Experienced in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive revenue and customer engagement Let us learn about you!
