Mission: Garantire la corretta gestione amministrativa degli ordini cliente lungo tutto il ciclo di vendita, assicurando il rispetto delle policy aziendali e delle normative vigenti. Supportare i team commerciali e di gestione ordine nella definizione, esecuzione e chiusura dei processi amministrativi, contribuendo alla fluidità operativa e alla soddisfazione del cliente.

Attività principali Supporto alla vendita

  • Collabora con i team commerciali e di offerta per definire correttamente gli aspetti amministrativi, fiscali e finanziari delle proposte, quando richiesto.

Gestione dell'ordine cliente

  • Verifica la corretta chiusura del processo di vendita all'arrivo dell'ordine, secondo le policy aziendali.
  • In caso di anomalie, attiva le funzioni competenti per le necessarie azioni correttive.
  • Carica l'ordine nel sistema informativo, inserendo tutte le informazioni richieste e note utili per la gestione e la fatturazione.

Supportare la presa in carico

  • Facilita la presa in carico dell'ordine da parte dei team di gestione, fornendo supporto operativo e documentale.

Gestione amministrativa durante l'esecuzione

  • Supporta nella gestione degli aspetti amministrativi del contratto: conferme d'ordine, emissione fatture di anticipo, fideiussioni, fatture di vendita e raccolta documentazione per il pagamento.
  • Esegue i controlli necessari e procede all'emissione delle fatture su richiesta del gestore ordine.

Chiusura e post-vendita

  • Collabora con i team di gestione nella risoluzione di eventuali controversie amministrative con il cliente a conclusione dell'ordine.

  • Competenze richieste

  • Attitudine alla gestione amministrativa e dei dati: precisione, attenzione ai dettagli e capacità di lavorare con informazioni complesse e normative.

  • Collaborazione interfunzionale: predisposizione al lavoro in team e alla comunicazione efficace con diverse funzioni aziendali (commerciale, gestione ordine, finance).

  • Problem solving operativo: capacità di individuare e risolvere anomalie nei processi amministrativi, proponendo soluzioni tempestive e conformi alle policy.

  • Familiarità con SAP o altri sistemi gestionali rappresenta un plus.

  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese
